High-pressure gas pipeline in Sindlingen
SWR GmbH carried out excavation and pipeline construction work over a length of 700 m to upgrade a DN 200 PN 16 high-pressure gas pipeline in Frankfurt’s Zeilsheim district on behalf of Netzdienste Rhein-Main.
In various subsections, the pipeline needed to be laid in cramped conditions close to the head. Every weld seam was subjected to a radiography test due to development plans, identifying defect rates of less than 1%.
