Clearing the construction site for the new Nordmain commuter rail line
Deutsche Bahn AG is planning to extend its rail network. As a result of this project, power, water and telecommunication lines needed to be relocated to clear the construction site.
SWR GmbH was entrusted with the excavation and pipeline construction work. It used the trenchless directional drilling to pull empty ducts under existing tracks and then insert cables.
